Looking for someone who will thrive in a fast pace construction/project management role. Individual selected will be the primary point of contact for our company in the assigned district. This includes but is not limited to, PSG leadership, support staff, installation crews, customers, and business partners in the assigned locations. Position requires meeting of company goals and objectives through a high level of oversight and involvement. Strong communication is a must on all jobs or issues arising each day within the district. Exceptional customer satisfaction is our primary company objective. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies, procedures, objectives, and strategic initiatives are followed. Candidate will perform daily evaluations of current, or proposed systems, as well as processes and will implement changes, as necessary.
Position Responsibilities
Perform all necessary duties to ensure the assigned district runs smoothly. Remain in line with companys standards and meet customers expectations by accomplishing the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of oversight of the assigned district.
  • Establish effective communication with local support staff, regional contacts, corporate employees, and all other PSG management staff on a continuous basis to drive results and resolve issues.
  • Review all job site visits, and exception reports from field support staff.
  • Coordinate and outline quarterly installer meetings.
  • Regular evaluation of installer base and performance through jobsite visits as well as C&P and LTR data.
  • Train and develop subordinates' skills while encouraging growth, and by giving regular performance feedback.
  • Hiring of new staff to include posting ads, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
  • Oversee field service support staff with customer, and project issues.
  • Resolve scheduling issues through indirect reports at the corporate office in a timely manner.
  • Constant recruiting while providing HR with new contractor documents including background checks and labor rates.
  • Ensure installers are following PSG guidelines while on all jobsites.
  • Maintain and open door policy to all subordinates and company employees.
  • Provide daily direction as needed to support and field staff Is responsible for all direct reports activities and performance.
  • Oversee strategic planning, budgetary concerns, policy development, employee relations, and customer service activities.
  • Responsible for the assigned districts installation and project completion for prompt customer service
  • Measuring customer's homes as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse operations at our local Anchorage Warehouse location
Ensure all PSG services result in a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Visit assigned area business partners regularly to maintain and improve our partnership.
  • Evaluate daily processes and implement positive changes that increase sales, reduce overhead, and/or result in better customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain installer craftsmanship, professionalism, and the customers likelihood to recommend of our services to others.
  • Quickly investigate and implement solutions for all negative customer experiences.

Additional General Responsibilities
  • Read and respond to all emails, voicemails, or concerns throughout the day and follow- up on any items from the previous day.
  • Provide a Weekly Report by EOD Friday to Company Leadership on District status.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and/or attend all required meetings.

Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of management or supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in either construction or construction management
  • College graduate or equivalent educational level is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able operate smartphones, mobile apps, and multiple computer software applications.
