JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Operations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Brice Companies personnel, Calista Brice IT, Calista Corporation IT, software vendors, and third-party technology providers. This position coordinates the deployment, administration, tracking, and support of technology resources that enable daily business operations across office, remote, and field environments.
The IT Operations Coordinator provides hands-on support for device provisioning, mobile communications, software licensing, onboarding and offboarding activities, inventory management, and project technology mobilization. This role ensures IT-related requests are properly submitted, tracked, and resolved while maintaining accurate records and supporting the efficient distribution and lifecycle management of technology assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Submit, monitor, and manage help desk tickets through Calista Brice IT.
  • Track open IT requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate technology setup requests for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Submit and coordinate Spectrum-related, corporate access, and application support requests.
  • Provide printer-related assistance not covered under maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinate procurement and activation of company mobile devices.
  • Configure mobile devices, including Duo Mobile and Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery of technology equipment to offices and field locations.
  • Coordinate support and maintenance activities related to company phone systems.
  • Coordinate ordering, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals, and related accessories.
  • Track technology assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, recovery, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with Brice Companies software vendors to manage licensing, user setup, renewals, and support activities.
  • Support administration and setup of business applications including, but not limited to, HCSS, Trimble, Autodesk, SiteDocs, and Document Crunch.
  • Support project startup and mobilization activities by coordinating technology, communications, and connectivity requirements.
  • Assist project teams with establishing and maintaining remote internet services.
  • Coordinate technology resources needed to support field operations and project execution.
  • Provide technical coordination support for project mobilizations.
  • Travel to company offices, project sites, warehouses, and remote locations as needed to support technology deployment, inventory management, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation of IT procedures, asset inventories, software licenses, and support records.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with corporate IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company systems, employee information, and sensitive business data.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, device management platforms, and common business applications.
  • Experience maintaining inventory systems and asset tracking records.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between company offices, project sites, warehouses, and remote locations as required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments and business units.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work effectively within a Native Corporation and multi-subsidiary business environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in information technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of IT support or technical coordination experience required.
  • Experience with device setup or inventory management preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy.
  • Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Inc. operates in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. This position primarily works in an office environment but may occasionally support remote offices, warehouses, and active project sites. Occasional travel between company offices, project locations, and remote sites may be required. Adaptability to changing priorities and occasional overtime to support operational needs may be necessary.
