  • Direct activities within the Fiduciary Tax team to ensure timely and efficient review of fiduciary and foundation tax filings.

  • Conduct tax research and analyze issues related to trusts, estates, individuals, families, private foundations, and investments.

  • Identify and resolve complex tax matters and provide practical solutions to internal teams, clients, trustees, and advisors.

  • Serve as a technical resource to internal teams on fiduciary tax, trust taxation, private foundation taxation, and investment taxation.

  • Demonstrates curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and thoughtfully leverage new technologies and tools, including AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Qualifications

  • CPA required.

  • Management experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong technical knowledge of fiduciary income tax, wealth transfer (estate, gift, and GST) taxation, private foundation taxation, and individual tax.

  • Experience reviewing fiduciary and/or private client tax returns and related filings.

  • Experience conducting tax research and analyzing complex tax issues.
