What You'll Do
  • The region you will cover is multi-state (WI and IL). When working in IL, if multi days are needed, you will need to stay in IL and we will provide hotel accommodations (Generally 3-4 days in a row, approximately 1-2 times a month).
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces.
  • Perform interior and exterior painting projects at apartment communities.

  • Paint apartment homes, common areas, offices, amenity spaces, and other community features.
  • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized manner.
  • Protect surrounding areas and furnishings during painting projects.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas while minimizing disruption to residents.
  • Accurately document time tracking, daily logs, and assigned work orders.
  • When painting jobs are complete, you would be assigned to assist with work orders and apartment turnover preparation to ensure units are perfect for our residents and are move-in ready (30% of job will consist of these tasks).
  • Assist with snow removal and salting of walkways as needed is a mandatory function of this position.
  • Report areas of disrepair or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.
What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required. You will be provided a work truck when working in IL 80% of the time. 20% of the time, you will need to use your own vehicle.
