Position Overview

FSS Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented technician to assist with theserviceof cutting-edge fire and security systems. This is your opportunity to develop your career in a fast-growing, mission-driven company dedicated to protecting lives and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in theserviceof security and fire systems hardware.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of experience in aservicerolesupporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
  • ExperienceservicingIntrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
  • Must be able to work at heights.
