What You'll Do
As a Project Sales Representative, you will drive revenue through project-based sales of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, or intrusion detection systems. You'll build relationships with commercial clients, design tailored solutions and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to project close.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Assess client needs and design customized system solutions
  • Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers
  • Partner with operations for smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain client relationships and track activities in the CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance standards

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of sales experience in life safety, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection or security systems (preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with fire alarm codes, security systems, or related technologies preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
