Richmond, VirginiaPricing Analyst - Export, ShippingThe pricing analyst will be responsible for front-line execution of the North American Export marketing and yield management strategies through pricing activity, lifting monitoring against award, customer performance evaluation, and service contract maintenance.Additional ResponsibilitiesStrategize and negotiate rates in coordination with Supervisor and/or Manager and Strategic Yield Management including exemptions and deviations targeted at meeting business plan goals.Report to Supervisor and/or Manager any deviations from the standard conditions; coordinate with relevant teams to make sure rate offer reflects the cost factor involvedSupport Supervisor and/or Manager in providing marketing reports related to customers when setting up target accounts and departmental goalsResponsible for setting & maintaining guideline rates for export trades from North America in line with the strategy of the Export Marketing directiveMonitor, measure and take corrective action on pricing results.
