Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exploration Manager. The Exploration Manager will lead mineral exploration activities, including planning and executing exploration programs, managing geological teams, overseeing drilling operations, and integrating geophysical and geochemical data. The role also involves reporting on project findings and ensuring all exploration activities comply with safety and environmental standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Exploration Management, including planning and coordinating exploration programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Drilling operations, including supervision and analysis of drill campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in dynamic field conditions.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably a degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in base and precious metals exploration, is advantageous.
  • Commitment to adherence to safety, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance in all operations.
