VaynerX is a family of companies building brands for the now. Founded by Chairman Gary Vaynerchuk in January 2017, the modern-day parent company is home to relevance-driving businesses including VaynerMedia, ChukMedia, Gallery Media Group, Eva Nosidam Productions, Tingley Lane Trading, and VaynerSpeakers.

ABOUT VAYNERMEDIA

VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency, built for today's consumers. As the Modern Agency of Record, it understands the nuances of today's attention landscape, empowering brands to win attention, drive relevance, and deliver business results. Founded in 2009, by Gary Vaynerchuk, the independently owned agency operates in 15 offices worldwide, including Amsterdam, Bangkok, Chicago, New Delhi, Kuala Lumpur, London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Miami, New York, Tokyo, Toronto, Singapore, and Sydney. VaynerMedia is part of the VaynerX family of companies.

Role: Producer

Location: New York, NY

This position is full-time, and requires a hybrid work schedule (in-office and on-location). VaynerMedia NY headquarters is located in Hudson Yards, NYC.

Who we are:  VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative, media, and production focused agency, headquartered in New York City. The agency is known for putting social at the center of brand strategy and content creation, blending traditional Madison Avenue thinking with modern, digital-first storytelling to drive relevance and business results for clients across industries. Our agency's philosophy emphasizes understanding audiences deeply and creating platform-native content that turns attention into action, backed by its integrated model and strong partnerships with major media platforms.

Who you are: You are a creative producer with multidisciplinary production execution skills. Your craft spans agency production, line production, post production and event-based activations with a strong production company mindset. You are both creatively curious and operationally minded. You are a hands-on producer who completely immerses oneself in the work by leaning in to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels, for content that requires real-time culture and relevance opportunities. You are adaptable to evolving ideas and new ways of thinking. You think of the big picture but do not forget the details. You are comfortable navigating agency and client dynamics, and your strength lies in translating creative ambition into clear, executable production plans. Working under the guidance of Senior and Executive Producers, you take ownership of the day-to-day production execution that brings campaigns to life.

Role Summary

  • Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and to navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output.
  • Work directly with internal agency partners as the production voice to assess project feasibility and approach, identifying risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end production for 360 campaigns by building budgets with talent locations, schedule, and post considerations in mind, with budgets ranging from $100k-$500k+
  • Ability to lead in hands-on production bidding, and step in as a line producer, when required.
  • Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc.
  • Highly effective communicator across all departments with understanding of what each respective team needs to be successful.
  • Bring proven track record and experience of executing flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/ events, post production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits and more.
  • Serve as the client-facing production lead within the fully developed agency team assigned to your campaign. This role requires you to be a strong team member.
  • Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.
  • Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms and other vendor and legal contracts.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience in advertising production, with a background in bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions.
  • Working knowledge of union and non union considerations
  • Expected to travel as needed for productions, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage pressure and extremely tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a solutions-driven decision maker
  • Must have proven experience and relationships in experiential, event-based activation, live-streaming, OOH/DOOH.
  • Experience with line production on live-action shoots.
  • Experience with post workflow and software (Adobe Creative cloud).
  • Technical knowledge across production through post, understanding what it actually takes on the ground to make the work, not just setting the parameters for execution.
  • Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus.
