What You'll Do

As an Experiential Producer, you own end-to-end production for assigned projects—translating creative ideas into real-world experiences. You balance creative problem-solving with operational precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You are a key connector across creative, strategy, account, and production, responsible for aligning teams and managing vendors to bring complex activations to life.

Employment Structure
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.
Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Execution

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple experiential activations.
  • Translate briefs and SOWs into clear production plans and timelines.
  • Oversee fabrication, technical builds, permitting, and onsite operations.
  • Lead onsite execution including load-in/out, show calling, and client management.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and production partners.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support future work.
  • Manage staffing plans, workflows, and safety protocols.

Financial Management

  • Build and manage project budgets in partnership with leadership and finance.
  • Track invoices, payments, and reconciliation through project close.
  • Identify efficiencies and solutions to balance creative ambition with budget realities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align production approach.
  • Contribute production expertise to pitches and proactive opportunities.
  • Seamlessly integrate into projects at various stages as needed.

Team & Culture

  • Stay informed on trends across culture, technology, and experiential marketing.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve execution and client service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong project and production management skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Skilled negotiator with understanding of industry pricing and vendor dynamics.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in experiential or live event production.
  • Experience managing mid- to large-scale production budgets.
  • Proven vendor management and production execution experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Availability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in office

The pay range for the freelance position is $1,750 - $2,000 / week. The pay range for a full time position is $82,000 - $95,000

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
