JOB SUMMARY:

An experiential producer plans, manages, and executes live events and brand activations to create memorable, immersive experiences for an audience. They are responsible for translating a client's vision into a tangible event, coordinating all aspects from creative concept to logistical execution, and ensuring brand objectives are met. This role requires a blend of project management, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning and strategy: Work with clients to understand their goals, interpret brand identity, and develop creative concepts for events, such as pop-ups, brand activations, or interactive installations.
  • Project management: Create and manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules to keep the project on track.
  • Logistics and vendor coordination: Source and manage vendors, secure venues, and handle all logistical details for the event.
  • Execution and on-site management: Oversee the build-out, setup, and flawless execution of the event itself.
  • Brand integration: Ensure the event's design, tone, and content reflect the brand's values and messaging.
  • Post-event analysis: Measure the success of the event against the initial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Creativity: Skill in developing innovative ideas and translating them into engaging experiences.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, creative teams, and vendors.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues that arise during planning and execution.
  • Brand understanding: Capacity to understand a brand's identity and infuse it into a creative concept.
