DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Pump Services Sales Executive will join Cemplex Group, a division of Compellier out of Oklahoma City, OK - a construction subcontractor serving primarily the multi-family housing and hospitality markets across the central and eastern United States. We're a gypsum underlayment subcontractor. This role will sell our pump services directly to the subcontractors already on the typical multifamily jobsite—drywall installers, flooring installers, and others who need gypsum poured but don't want to own the equipment or crew to do it.
You'll bring the whole package to the customer: a gypsum pump, a skid steer, and two operators. Your job is to find those customers, sell them on the service, and make sure every pour goes smoothly from the first site walk to the last cleanup. This is a hands-on, field-first sales role—you will be closing deals one day and, when the situation calls for it, running the pump or skid steer the next.
