We are currently seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Summary: The newly established task forces represent a coordinated national response to the growing threat posed by transnational criminal organizations, human smuggling networks, and foreign terrorist organizations operating across U.S. borders. Created under recent executive direction, these task forces work to dismantle criminal networks, disrupt global supply chains, and prevent the movement of illicit goods—particularly synthetic drugs—into the country. Their mission requires close collaboration across multiple government entities, real‑time intelligence sharing, bulk data analysis, and integrated operational planning. The task forces conduct global interdiction efforts, develop supply‑chain intelligence dashboards, and rely on multidisciplinary support across criminal and investigative analysis, forensic accounting, cyber reconnaissance, data analytics, GEOINT/mapping, management consulting, and strategic communications. To execute their objectives, they integrate and analyze diverse data holdings including: • Mobile communication data

• Intelligence community holdings Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience performing Signals Intellignece (SIGINT) analysis in support of federal law enforcement or intelligence operations to include:
Experience conducting SIGINT collection, processing, analysis, and reporting in support of federal law enforcement, intelligence, or national security missions.
SIGINT disciplines, including communications intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), and digital network intelligence (DNI).
Exploiting signal data from multiple technical sources, tools, and databases to support investigative and operational requirements.
Analyzing complex signal environments, identifying patterns, vulnerabilities, and indicators relevant to criminal or national security activity.
Experience producing SIGINT intelligence products, technical summaries, and analytic reports for operational teams, leadership, and interagency partners.
SIGINT tasking, collection systems, intercept technologies, and analytic workflows commonly used across DHS, DoW, and the Intelligence Community.
Experience fusing SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT) to provide comprehensive analytic support.
SIGINT analytic tools, databases, and signal exploitation platforms.
Experience conveying technical findings clearly through written reports, briefings, and visualizations.
Working collaboratively with investigative teams, technical personnel, field operators, and mission partners.
Bachelor’s degree
Candidates may substitute eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Active Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with investigative support to law enforcement agencies NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $102,675 - $171,125. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
