This role is responsible for shaping, protecting, and amplifying the public image of a high-profile individual across media, digital platforms, and public appearances. You will play a key role in executing a cohesive personal branding strategy that ensures consistency of voice, narrative, and visual identity across all channels. Working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, you will manage media relationships, coordinate PR opportunities, and support thought leadership initiatives. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, agents, and stakeholders to ensure every public touchpoint reinforces a strong and aligned personal brand. Discretion, precision, and strong editorial judgment are essential in this highly confidential and influential environment.

Accountabilities
  • Support the execution and evolution of a personal brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all public-facing channels.
  • Manage media relations activities including press kits, media briefs, outreach efforts, and coordination of interviews, features, and speaking engagements.
  • Oversee and execute social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring engagement and alignment with brand goals.
  • Develop and refine written content including social copy, talking points, articles, and thought leadership pieces, including ghostwriting when required.
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation for public events, appearances, panels, and keynotes, ensuring strong brand presentation and readiness.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and online presence, proactively identifying reputational risks and supporting crisis communications when needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high-quality and consistent brand presence across all formats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, ideally supporting senior executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms.
  • Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or public-facing stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong project management skills with a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; Russian fluency is a strong advantage, and additional languages are a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior communications and branding roles.
  • Fully remote work flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work closely on high-impact, high-visibility personal branding initiatives.
  • Exposure to premium media, influencer, and executive communications ecosystems.
  • Flexible working arrangements supporting autonomy and work-life balance.
