About the Role
This position requires someone who is highly attentive, proactive, and dependable. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring that daily operations—both business and personal—run smoothly, efficiently, and with foresight. From calendar control and strategic support to real estate coordination and personal care, your ability to anticipate needs and take initiative will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Planning: Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, anticipate scheduling needs, plan weeks ahead, and handle changes calmly and efficiently.

  • Personal Support: Provide day-to-day personal assistance, including errands, doctor appointments, booking reservations, managing daily routines, and simple but essential tasks like bringing a glass of water when needed.

  • Real Estate Oversight: Support with real estate management, including scheduling maintenance, viewings, renovations, and managing service providers.

  • Business Assistance: Help with administrative business tasks, such as document submissions to financial institutions, regulators, and legal representatives.

  • Liaison & Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external parties, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.

  • Documentation & Coordination: Prepare reports, translate or coordinate translations, and maintain well-organized records.

  • High Discretion: Handle sensitive and private information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Management, Business, or other.

  • Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level leadership.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and bring a structured approach to unpredictable schedules.

  • Strong digital literacy: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, ChatGPT, etc.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset.

  • Fluent in English and Russian.

  • Valid driving license and flexibility to run occasional errands.
