All American Home Care is seeking a highly organized, professional, and Russian-speaking Executive Assistant to support executive leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Draft, organize, and manage emails, reports, and internal communication

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and administrative priorities

  • Assist with travel arrangements, documentation, and special projects

  • Track deadlines, tasks, and operational updates
