You Are the Perfect Fit If You Have:
•  3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
•  Strong mathematical and analytical skills - ability to manage budgets and analyze efficiency.
•  Bilingual proficiency (Russian and English) with excellent written and verbal communication.
•  A reliable vehicle, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
•  Discretion and ability to handle confidential tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:
•  Overseeing the execution of personal and business initiatives for the executive (investments, real estate, legal matters).
•  Conducting financial analysis of income and expenses.
•  Liaising with attorneys, financial advisors, and business partners as a trusted representative of the executive.
•  Preparing analytical reports to support decision-making (e.g., contract comparisons, project statistics).
•  Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, invoices, and legal agreements. 
•  Auditing external contractors (e.g., evaluating service costs, reviewing contracts based on data).

•  Competitive salary: $180,000 per year. 
•  Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
