Executive Retail Management refers to high-level leadership roles within the retail industry, typically overseeing multiple stores, regions, or even the entire retail operation of a company. Executives in this field are responsible for developing strategies, managing large teams, ensuring sales growth, optimizing operations, and aligning retail practices with overall business goals.
