Looking to shape strategic partnerships and drive sales growth in the retail sector? As the Account Executive for Retail Big Box at Spectrum, you will build and maintain relationships with our retailer portfolio, ensuring the Spectrum brand is represented while maximizing sales opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence the daily execution of retail territory operations, making a measurable impact on both customer experience and business performance.Â
How You’ll Make an Impact Â
- Manage daily relationships with retail partners and vendors to maximize sales and uphold the Spectrum brandÂ
- Execute strategic plans and field sales operations across Big Box Retailers and third-party vendors selling Spectrum servicesÂ
- Provide account management through audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product support, and merchandisingÂ
- Conduct regular meetings and training with partners to ensure they meet quality standards and achieve sales goalsÂ
- Maintain up-to-date product and promotion knowledge and deliver this information to assigned partnersÂ
- Collaborate with operations, strategy, and divisional teams to align with Spectrum’s objectivesÂ
- Coordinate special events, oversee staffing and merchandising, and assist in sales executionÂ
- Analyze sales metrics, report findings to leadership, and develop strategies to enhance partner performanceÂ
- Prospect new business opportunities and support partners in driving incremental salesÂ
Working ConditionsÂ
- Spend 20 percent of your time in the office and 80 percent in the field, making weekly visits to partners and retail locationsÂ
