Recruiting Manager

A rapidly growing professional advisory organization is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee enterprise-wide hiring strategy and execution. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and build scalable sourcing strategies across multiple business functions. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across professional, operational, and leadership-level positions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Manager a small team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Improve recruiting both regionally and nationally processes, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business objectives
  • Oversee recruiting coordination activities and provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and conversion performance
  • Implement scalable systems, tools, and best practices to support long-term growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, finance, accounting, or related industries
  • Ideally, this person will have an accounting, finance, and/or audit foundation
  • Proven success recruiting for leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting functions and direct sourcing capabilities

Other Desired Qualities:

  • Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, pipeline management, and process improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and developing recruiting teams
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using Workday
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations
  • Willingness to travel periodically as needed

Working Situation:

This is an in person on site 4 days a week.
