Retained Search Practice – IT & Healthcare

About Twenty80

Twenty80 is expanding its retained Executive & Specialty Search practice focused on leadership roles within higher education, healthcare systems, and complex enterprise environments.

We support executive, senior leader, and specialty-level searches in Information Technology and Healthcare Administration.

This is a retained search role operating in structured, compliance-driven environments.


Role Overview

The Executive Search Recruiter will partner directly with the CEO and Director of Recruiting to execute retained executive and specialty search engagements.

You will lead day-to-day execution of searches within a defined framework while collaborating closely on strategy, stakeholder management, and quality control.

This is not a high-volume contingency position. This role requires executive presence, structure, and disciplined process management.


Reporting Structure

Reports to the Director of Recruiting
Partners closely with the CEO on retained executive engagements


Core ResponsibilitiesSearch Strategy & Intake

• Participate in structured intake meetings with hiring leaders
• Help define objective minimum qualifications and leadership competencies
• Assist in building written Search Briefs and Candidate Profiles
• Support development of diversity sourcing strategies
• Conduct market mapping and competitive talent analysis


Executive Candidate Assessment

• Build targeted longlists through strategic research
• Conduct executive-level screening interviews
• Evaluate candidates against predefined, objective criteria
• Prepare structured executive candidate summaries
• Maintain documentation supporting screening decisions

All evaluations must align with defined qualification standards and compliance expectations.


Diversity & Compliance Execution

This role operates within federal and public-sector compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting documentation aligned to federal and state hiring standards
• Assisting with demographic tracking and diversity monitoring
• Preparing Search Status Summary Reports
• Maintaining audit-ready search documentation
• Updating required reporting systems within established timelines

Accuracy and documentation discipline are critical.


Search Committee Support

• Prepare interview materials and candidate binders
• Assist in building interview rubrics and evaluation tools
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Summarize structured feedback
• Participate in search committee debrief discussions


Offer & Post-Placement Support

• Assist with offer coordination
• Support candidate communication through acceptance
• Participate in structured follow-ups at 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months
• Track placements under the 12-month guarantee framework


Required Experience

• 5+ years recruiting experience
• Experience in retained or executive search strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting senior IT or Healthcare leaders preferred
• Experience in structured or compliance-driven environments a plus

Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
