Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience focused on executive or senior leadership recruiting, including at least 2 years of talent acquisition leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and partner cross-functionally to identify and attract exceptional leaders who drive organizational success.
  • Hands on executive recruiting experience for Director+ positions.

Job Summary

Lead executive talent acquisition initiatives that attract and engage top director and executive-level talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies, external talent pipelines, and market intelligence to drive growth and innovation. Serve as the enterprise expert on executive search processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Leads executive recruiting strategy and partners with senior leadership and HR to deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience.
  • Builds consultative relationships with business and HR leaders to align leadership talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provides direction and development to the executive recruiting team to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Conducts ongoing market and competitive research to inform innovative and data-driven executive recruiting strategies.
  • Guides sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and nurture diverse external leadership talent pipelines.
  • Owns executive recruiting processes and ensures consistency, efficiency, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Manages relationships with external search partners to ensure alignment with internal hiring goals and standards.
  • Oversees executive offer development and negotiations to ensure competitive, equitable, and market-aligned compensation packages.

Nature and Scope

  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.
  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
  • Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
