Position Summary

As an MSP Sales Executive at Computerbilities, you will be a key player in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Your primary mission is to sell our managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud offerings to small to mid-sized businesses. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate our value as a trusted IT partner.

Key Objectives & Results (OKRs)

Objective: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition
  • Key Result #1: Secure a minimum of $3,000/month in new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by the end of the third month
  • Key Result #2: Generate 10 new qualified sales opportunities per month
  • Key Result #3: Achieve a close rate of at least 20% on qualified sales opportunities
Objective: Build a robust sales pipeline
  • Key Result #1: Maintain a pipeline of at least $18,000 MRR in qualified sales opportunities
  • Key Result #2: Conduct a minimum of 10 discovery calls and five sales meetings per month

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new leads contacted per week
  • Number of appointments booked with qualified prospects
  • Number of proposals sent and deals closed
  • MRR added monthly/quarterly

Primary Responsibilities

  • Close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly MRR targets
  • Accurately maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities and forecast data
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and follow-up processes
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review goals, track KPIs, and refine strategies
  • Attend industry events, local business groups, and networking meetings to expand reach

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (MSP, SaaS, or IT industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Understanding of managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud technology (preferred but not required; training available)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary (40) + (Q: What do you need to cover expenses?) uncapped commission structure (commission will be 2X MRR, 1st paid out once onboarded, then second 6 months in, 1.5% ARR for renewals) + SPIFs (for every qualified sales call sat, +$100.00), then base+ commission + draw payback)
