Program Manager (IAM) – Contract

Mt. Laurel, NJ (4 days/week onsite preferred)

We are seeking a Program Manager to support an IAM organization in a Chief-of-Staff–type role, managing day-to-day operations, governance, and deliverables across leadership. The role requires strong ownership of timelines, reporting, and overall program quality.

Requirements:

  • NJ local & visa-independent candidates only
  • Strong executive-level communication skills (error-free resumes required)
  • Experience in program management and working independently
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (IAM is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
