EVP of Sales — Camarillo, CA

A well-established, privately-held company in the product lifecycle and supply chain solutions space is seeking an EVP of Sales to lead its global commercial organization.

Founded over four decades ago, this company has built a reputation solving complex parts, repair, and logistics challenges for major customers in renewable energy, medical device, and technology hardware. It runs a large-scale, certified manufacturing and distribution operation and has grown into a recognized name across the industries it serves.

This is a true executive seat:

  • Own the global sales function end to end
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Represent the company at the highest levels with Fortune 500 accounts
  • Set commercial strategy across a global customer base
  • Build and lead the sales organization as the company scales

Compensation:

  • $200K-$250K base salary
  • Uncapped performance bonus and commissions

Location:

  • Hybrid onsite in Camarillo, CA

What we're looking for:

  • Executive-level sales leadership experience (VP, SVP, or EVP level)
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, renewable energy, medical device, or technology hardware
  • Genuine comfort operating at the C-suite level with large enterprise accounts
  • Track record of owning revenue outcomes, not just managing a team
  • Must reside within the LA or Ventura County area, and able to commute to the Camarillo HQ
