 About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional President with a strong background and a keen understanding of the real estate market to join a reputable and successful national real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to lead and grow a team of talented Sales Managers and support staff. The Regional President is responsible for implementing and executing the approved business plan and sales strategies to grow market share, revenue units, and profit across the sales offices that comprise the region. The President is expected to staff, coach, develop, and manage a highly qualified team of sales leaders to ensure the targeted levels of sales production and sales force growth on an annual basis are met. This position is vital to fostering and nurturing a strong sense of cohesiveness across their respective region that results in a strong agent and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Implements and executes the annual business plan and financial plan to accomplish regional revenue units, Profit and sales force growth goals.
  • Staffs, coaches, develops, and manages a highly qualified team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Directs and manages the targeted activities and results of key regional resources that have been deployed to support sales production and sales force growth goals for specific sales offices and the region.
  • Ensures that the Selling System and Sales Tools are aggressively and consistently used by Sales Associates across the region to prospect and close buyers, sellers, and renters to achieve MTD and YTD sales, listing and rental unit, and CO$ targets.
  • Conducts weekly/monthly one-on-one meetings with Branch Sales Managers across the region to monitor performance and to improve sales and recruiting behaviors as deemed necessary.
  • Hosts a monthly Managers meeting.
  • Manages day-to-day regional operations and metrics including, but not limited to open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, farming activities, core calls, recruiting appointments, experienced and new hires.
  • Collaborates with the company Subject Matter Experts (SME(s)) in recruiting, marketing, university, and technology to generate the targeted ROI.
  • Fosters and nurtures a strong sense of community across the region that results in strong sales associate and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real estate license in NJ preferred
  • Real Estate broker-salesperson or broker's license preferred
  • Current, valid driver's license in employee's state of residence
  • Minimum five (5) or more years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience required.
  • Prior business and sales management is required.
  • Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents strongly preferred
  • Involvement with the local, state or National Association or REALTORS® preferred

Travel:
  • The position requires travel throughout the assigned region regularly and to Corporate Headquarters as needed.
  • Some travel is required in and outside the assigned region to company meetings, events, and functions.
