Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Receptionist who has superior computer and organizational skills. The Candidate for this position will be customer-facing and must have excellent telephone skills. The candidate must be able to appropriately triage calls and can utilize shared calendars for the executive team to book or adjust meetings. The candidate must have EMR experience and be able to manage providers' schedules to book patients.
Salary: 49.9K-56.2K ( $24/Hr - $27.00/Hr)
Key Executive Assistant Duties:
*Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
*Schedule meetings and appointments and manage executive team members' schedules
*Conduct online research and prepare reports
*Maintain and update databases and CRM systems
*Schedule patients for appointments
* Experience with using Electronic Medical Records ( EMRs).
*Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence
*Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
*Provide customer support and address inquiries
*Perform other administrative tasks as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
Executive Assistant Skills:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Ability to manage complex scheduling and time management for clinic schedule
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Preferred Tools:
