Account Executive (IT Solutions) Overview:
 
The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and maintaining client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Effective communication, negotiation, and adaptability are key traits for success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
 
Account Executive (IT Solutions) Responsibilities:
 
         Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential customers through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
         Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate prospective clients on the features and benefits of our products/services.
         Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, as well as the industry trends and competitors, to effectively position our offerings.
         Create customized sales proposals and negotiate terms that align with both the client's needs and company objectives.
         Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
         Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding and project implementation.
         Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
         Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records and CRM database.
         Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitors' activities
 
Account Executive (IT Solutions) Qualifications:
 
               Experience in B2B sales, ideally in low voltage integration, IT services, SaaS, or related technical industries 
               Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run discovery, establish value, and tailor solutions to customer needs 
               High comfort level with prospecting and developing new relationships, territory growth requires initiative and discipline 
               Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
