The General Manager, LiveTwin, owns the commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and business growth of this strategic initiative.

What We're Looking For

Michael Baker International is seeking a General Manager, LiveTwin, to own the business growth and execution strategy for LiveTwin within GovTech. This is a fully remote position with flexible work location across the U.S., with moderate travel required for client engagement, cross-functional alignment, and leadership presence. You will serve as the business owner accountable for revenue, pipeline, partnerships, and go-to-market execution while leading cross-functional collaboration across GovTech, the CTO's product organization, and DATAMARK delivery and operations teams. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders; no sponsorship is provided.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the LiveTwin business plan, including pipeline acceleration, customer acquisition, expansion, and renewals, with accountability for revenue targets and business performance.
  • Establish weekly and monthly operating cadence with clear governance including funnel reviews, forecast accuracy, deal reviews, and performance metric tracking (pipeline, ARR, win rate, cycle time, customer health).
  • Lead go-to-market strategy including market segmentation, positioning, use case development, and messaging alignment across GovTech and DATAMARK commercial teams.
  • Build and execute seller enablement programs and repeatable sales motion across internal and partner channels to scale revenue with disciplined execution.
  • Serve as the business partner to the CTO product and platform organization, aligning roadmap priorities to market demand and building structured feedback loops from customers and sellers into product decisions.
  • Define commercial model, pricing, and packaging strategy ensuring clarity on core platform components, modules, and services; establish boundaries and ensure repeatability at scale.
  • Own end-to-end customer experience from initial sale through delivery, support, and renewal, ensuring strong coordination and handoff protocols between sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
  • Lead cross-functional governance and operating model across GovTech, CTO, and DATAMARK organizations, establishing clear decision rights, accountability, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure government buyer readiness including security, compliance, documentation, and procurement alignment required for public sector sales cycles.

What You Need to Succeed

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven P&L ownership with general management, business unit leadership, or product experience.
  • 2+ years in services delivery leadership, including demonstrated success scaling implementation capacity and managing customer success outcomes.
  • Experience distinguishing between product-led and services-led business models, with ability to position and price accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success scaling SaaS or technology-enabled businesses with responsibility for revenue, pipeline, commercial execution, and delivery operations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills with ability to influence matrix organizations without direct authority.
  • Business acumen including financial modeling, pricing strategy, margin management, and disciplined go-to-market planning.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and market feedback into product priorities and drive alignment with product development teams.
  • Ability to manage professional services delivery operations, establish capacity planning, and ensure project delivery quality and profitability.

Preferred:

  • Experience in public sector markets, public safety, or critical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with digital twin, spatial technologies, geospatial solutions, or indoor mapping technology.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS product management or technology product leadership with embedded services delivery experience.
  • Experience establishing operational processes including lead intake, pipeline governance, onboarding workflows, delivery project tracking, and customer success metrics.
  • Knowledge of government procurement, compliance requirements, or security frameworks relevant to public sector sales.
  • Experience managing or scaling professional services organizations, including team structure, resource planning, and delivery profitability.

Compensation

The approximate compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
