Job description
- Prospect, qualify, and close new public safety customers within assigned territory
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles with consistency and structure
- Conduct discovery to understand agency operations, challenges, and mission priorities
- Apply MEDDIC fundamentals to deal qualification and forecasting
- Partner with Solutions Engineering for demonstrations and evaluations
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecast discipline
- Represent DroneSense by Versaterm at regional events and agency meetings
- The ideal candidate will champion AIforward initiatives across the sales lifecycle to improve accuracy, efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
- 3-6 years of sales experience in SaaS, GovTech, or public sector environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort engaging a range of public safety stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regionally between 25% to 50% cyclically.
