Any game or system that is released to the public must be able to show that it conforms to the required regulations. To do this, the game or system must be tested. This is where we come in. What You Will Accomplish Here...
As an Account Executive in the Client Services team, you will drive sales and build lasting client relationships in the North American gambling industry. You'll manage both new and existing accounts, focusing on manufacturers, regulators, and operators. Strong business development experience is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive, world-class customer service.
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact (remote and in-person) with assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each client.
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, needs analysis, contract signing, and post-service follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent GLI at industry events as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales roles (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year in the gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Experience presenting to senior-level clients.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000-$90,000 USD (based on experience).
  • Travel: Up to 40%, sometimes on short notice.
