Job Title: Executive Assistant to C-Suite
Department: Executive Office
FLSA: Exempt
Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer
Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides direct support to the CHRO, managing executive tasks, serving as a liaison, and overseeing special projects in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages calendar, expenses, correspondence, and travel arrangements for the C-Suite.
  • Coordinates schedules, acts as a gatekeeper, and facilitates communication between internal departments.
  • Researches and prioritizes incoming issues, providing leadership and managing special projects.
  • Drafts correspondence and ensures completion of tasks with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Coordinates management meetings and handles conflicting priorities with proactive problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
