Job description

Overview

Enhesa is looking for a driven Account Executive with a proven track record of generating their own pipeline and closing six-figure SaaS deals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growth-stage powerhouse in regulatory and sustainability intelligence and make a meaningful impact through your sales expertise. It's a hunter role for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through close. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account development 
  • Win new business and close six-figure SaaS deals 
  • Manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders 
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and economic buyers 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM 

Key Requirements & Experience

  • At least 5 years of enterprise solution sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Sales experience in environmental, health, and safety is a plus but not required. Your expertise is valued and essential for our growth.
  • Hunter mindset with strong commercial drive
  • Comfortable selling technical solutions with business value 
  • Confident engaging executive-level stakeholders 
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented 
  • Located in the DC Metro area and willing to work in the office at least twice a week to facilitate collaboration and engagement.

This position is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.
