As a Senior Staff Product Manager, AI Experience, you'll define how AI transforms the member experience across conversational AI, personalized recommendations, community engagement, activation, and retention. You'll partner closely with AI Platform, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical Product teams to build intelligent consumer experiences that improve engagement for millions of users.

What You'll Do
  • Own the company's core AI-powered member experience across homepage, conversational AI, and community surfaces
  • Define product strategy for consumer-facing AI experiences that improve activation, engagement, and retention
  • Build and operate a high-velocity experimentation engine across AI-powered member journeys
  • Define success metrics and product analytics across the full customer lifecycle
  • Partner closely with AI Platform and Engineering teams to launch new AI-powered capabilities
  • Design and prioritize conversational AI experiences using LLMs and agentic workflows
  • Analyze member engagement data to identify opportunities for product optimization
  • Collaborate with Clinical Product teams to build AI experiences that improve healthcare outcomes
  • Drive roadmap prioritization across AI-powered consumer experiences
  • Partner with Design, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver high-impact product initiatives
  • Establish product experimentation frameworks using A/B testing and rapid iteration
  • Champion AI-first product development while balancing user experience, safety, and business impact
Ideal Candidate BackgroundExperience Requirements
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building and shipping AI-powered consumer products
  • Experience owning large-scale customer-facing product experiences
  • Experience leading product strategy from ideation through execution
  • Demonstrated success driving user engagement, activation, and retention
  • Experience operating at Staff or Senior Staff Product Manager level
  • Experience working with cross-functional Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams
  • Strong history of shipping products in fast-moving technology companies
  • Experience using experimentation to drive product decisions
  • Strong startup or high-growth technology experience preferred
Technical Requirements
  • Experience building AI-native products using LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic workflows
