Job Summary:
RouteThis is on a mission to revolutionize technical support through AI-powered solutions for Internet Service Providers and Smart Home companies. They are seeking a Strategic Advisor focused on the IVR/Conversational AI Ecosystem to actively shape ecosystem strategy, build relationships, and refine partner messaging for their AI voice support solution, RAVA.
Responsibilities:
• Shape partner strategy across IVR / CCaaS platforms, systems integrators, BPOs, and adjacent conversational AI players
• Open executive relationships and help us get into the right partner conversations faster
• Refine positioning and messaging so RAVA lands with the right audiences
• Build strategic momentum that strengthens RouteThis’ long-term position in the ecosystem
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep experience in the IVR, contact center, or conversational AI ecosystem
• Ability to actively help shape ecosystem strategy
• Capability to open executive relationships and facilitate partner conversations
• Skill in refining positioning and messaging for target audiences
• Experience in building strategic momentum within an ecosystem
