Position Information

The primary purpose of this position is to provide 1-on-1 coaching services across graduate programs: working professional MBA, full-time MBA, and specialty master's programs.
Program Development, Delivery, and Assessment - 50%
Executive Coaches will independently design and deliver programmatic offerings that support employer and alumni engagement, career exploration and decision making, and career skill development. Drive the process of continuous evaluation and iteration of career support resources. Use a continuous improvement model for these offerings based on feedback, placement, national career services events, and market trends.
Employer and Alumni Engagement - 20%

In collaboration with the Employer Relations lead, foster and grow relationships with external stakeholders, alumni, and professional associations. Executive Coaches will leverage these relationships to provide opportunities for student enrichment and employment: mixers, industry forums, employer summits, etc.
