Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman to become the Executive Chairman's trusted strategic partner.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. The successful candidate will lead the Executive Office, coordinate strategic initiatives, manage executive priorities, and ensure the successful execution of key business objectives while working directly with the Executive Chairman.
The successful candidate will coordinate executive communications, manage strategic projects, support business expansion, liaise with government agencies, financial institutions, technology partners, consultants, and affiliated companies, and help build KINTEK GROUP LLC into a nationally recognized professional business services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Chairman's calendar, meetings, travel, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate strategic business initiatives and executive projects.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, correspondence, and Board materials.
- Monitor implementation of executive decisions and organizational KPIs.
- Coordinate with ScienceSoft, accounting firms, payroll providers, legal advisors, and technology partners.
- Liaise with KINTEK GROUP LLC (USA) and KINTEK LLC (Oman) on strategic matters.
- Communicate with clients, banks, government agencies, consultants, and business partners.
- Maintain executive records, confidential information, and corporate documentation.
- Support the implementation of KINTEK's digital Business Services Platform.
- Lead the Executive Office with professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Project Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of executive support, operations management, project management, or Chief of Staff experience.
- Experience supporting CEOs, Executive Chairmen, Presidents, or senior executives is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Compensation
USD $3,500–$4,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
Performance Bonus based on achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
