Description

As an Executive Business Partner at Verily, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to your client and expertly manage operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of business activities. You are a skilled communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and someone who enjoys contributing to the success of the team. You possess the strong business judgment, communication skills and robust networking skills needed to strategically support and interact with a variety of people across multiple business functions. This role supports the Chief Human Resources Officer in the People and Culture Team organization. You can expect heavy calendaring, project tracking, strategic planning support, travel planning and expense management, as well as coordination with your peers for leadership meetings. You may be requested to create presentations, prepare communications and take notes and record action items from meetings on behalf of the leaders. This role requires that you are in our Dallas office a minimum of 3 full days per week, during regular business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports to maximize leadership efficiency and enable focus on strategic priorities.
  • Serve as an approachable extension of the CHRO to drive company culture and support employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, listening sessions, and ERG events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing materials, and track action items for key executive and HR meetings.
  • Partner closely with Verily Leadership Team (VLT) Executive Business Partners and cross-functional peers to maintain strong, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Act as the central point of contact for PACT, routing inquiries across the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (direct executive/senior leadership support)
  • Expertise in fundamental administrative tools and processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of handling highly sensitive personal information with absolute discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem solving ability combined with impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with limited guidance or direction.
  • Responsive and adaptable to varying needs and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organization, tracking, and follow-up capabilities with a proactive \"peeking around corners\" mindset to anticipate executive needs.
  • Experience supporting HR leaders is helpful but not required.
Salary

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $136,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
