Global T&E Business Partner Lead

Job Description :

As the T&E Regional Business Partner Lead for the Americas, you will be responsible for leading and managing the T&E Business Partner team across the region. This role provides extensive exposure to all service lines, offering a strong understanding of the end-to-end Travel & Expense function.

Reporting to the Global T&E Business Partner Lead, you will serve as the single point of contact for all countries and business units within the Americas region on all T&E-related matters, ensuring consistent service delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with global T&E strategies.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Led regional T&E Business Partner teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient service delivery aligned with global standards
  • Acted as the primary regional liaison, enabling compliant, efficient T&E processes across countries and business areas
  • Managed operations to meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations, ensuring consistent performance across the region
  • Built and developed high-performing teams through workforce planning, coaching, and talent retention initiatives
  • Ensured full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, partnering with integrity teams on risk and compliance cases
  • Drove process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency
  • Led regional projects, system implementations, and complex issue resolution, including vendor coordination and M&A support

Qualifications for the role

  • 15 - 20 years of experience in Travel & Expense, with end-to-end process knowledge (Concur preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of people management, with a proven track record in leading and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging across multiple levels and functions
  • Experience in process improvement and project management, driving operational enhancements
  • Solution-oriented, self-driven mindset with a hands-on, "can-do" approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Travel Management; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
