About the Role
Our Talent, Learning and Culture team leads on a wide-range of activities to foster an inclusive, high-performance, safety-focused culture. As a Sr. Business Partner of Talent, & Organizational Development you will work closely with HRBPs, COEs and other business stakeholders to plan, communicate and execute global COE solutions and other project assignments as needed. You will work collaboratively with your team in delivering these goals.
You will serve as the Talent & Organizational Development SME and partner to HRBPs in supporting their client groups to provide strategic direction in these areas.
As a Sr. Business Partner of Talent, & Organizational Development, you will serve as an advocate for Primient's culture and drive culture transformation across the business in partnership with Primient's Culture Champion Network.
You will serve as the gatekeeper for Talent, Learning & Culture Signature Processes across Primient including but not limited to: Role Profiling, Performance Management, Leadership training, Engagement, Recognition and other company-wide development initiatives.
Key responsibilities: Sr. Business Partner, Talent & Organizational Development
Performance Management
  • Process owner for Primient Thrive: Plan, communicate and execute the entire life cycle of the global performance management process across the business (including role profile workshops, goal setting, Individual Growth Plan "IGPs" creation, mid-year reviews, and end of year reviews)

  • Provide guidance and resources to support the business during organizational design reviews & strategic workforce planning

Engagement
  • Plan & launch employee lifecycle surveys (including onboarding, engagement, Great Place to Work and exit surveys)

  • Support the business in creating action plans post-survey and following up on the progress and completion of those plans in a timely manner

Learning
  • Provide strategic insight & drive execution of Primient's Leadership training program

  • Facilitate information/training sessions with the business as needed

Knowledge & Systems Management
  • Expand AI adoption: Knowledge of or willingness to explore ways to integrate AI Automation into Primient's ways of working, including opportunities such as AI course development, AI learning agents, and short educational video content to drive understanding and adoption of learning programs.
  • Lead Data and HRIS integration efforts. Including reporting and deriving insights for gap analysis.

  • Utilize Workday Learning and Workday Talent & Performance applications to support Talent & Culture COE processes/initiatives

  • Partner with the HRIS team to build Workday processes, tools and reports that best support the business in Talent, Learning and Performance.

  • Maintain knowledge of best practice in Talent Management and Learning to ensure tools and processes are up to date

  • Partner with procurement team to manage ongoing vendor relationships/systems (e.g., Glint, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)

Culture
  • Partner with the local Culture Champion Network to drive inclusive, global culture initiatives across the business

  • Manage Primient's cornerstone Cultural Recognition programs

Budget & Project management
  • Accurately forecast monthly spend and reconcile actuals to ensure 100% budget compliance.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development/Design, or a similar field.

  • Master's Degree in HR, OD, Business, or related fields preferred.

  • Experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development roles.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global work environment.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior audiences.

EXPERIENCE
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in either Human Resources or Learning and Development roles. This could be in a generalist role or in multiple disciplines within these functions.

  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.

  • Strong data analytic skills.

  • Strong facilitation skills.

  • Organizational Development Knowledge/Experience building high-performing teams.

Total Rewards
The annual pay range estimated for this position is $144,654.40 - $180,818.00 and is bonus eligible.
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
