NEP is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global Connected Solutions business. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performing global workforce.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will play a key part in shaping talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives across a dynamic international environment.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Drive leadership development and talent management programs
  • Support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics
  • Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making
  • Ensure consistency in global HR practices while adapting to regional and local needs
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
  • Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred
  • Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies
  • Strategic mindset and executive presence
  • Strong organizational design and change management capabilities
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
