  • Own the Enterprise Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the post-sale journey - from strategic implementation to high-stakes renewals - while traveling (~10%) to engage clients face-to-face and driving long-term revenue retention for Realtor.com's top footprint.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a personalized experience for your customers, learning their business operations and systems in order to provide them with custom consultation, data, and best practices for their Realtor.com products and services.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level, celebrating not only their business milestones, but also their personal ones (e.g. birthdays, holidays).
  • Retain and grow revenue with your customers by managing their post-sale experience. This includes product implementation, training, ongoing support, escalations, retention, and renewals.
  • Travel for conferences, events, and customer engagement (~10% of your time).
  • Execute effectively towards company initiatives set by leadership and corporate OKRs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all key Realtor.com business processes and products, recommending and implementing enhancements that will drive revenue with and improve the experience of high-value customers.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance.
  • Have comprehensive business knowledge and technical skill on Salesforce, Focus Fire, and other enterprise systems.
