Fivesky

Montreal, QC โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 22 days ago

Job description

Are you a data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at transforming complex financial data into clear executive insights? Do you want to work with global financial institutions using the latest Microsoft tools and automation technologies? If so, then you might be Fivesky's next Program Financial & Governance Reporting Analyst!

Who You Are:

  • A highly organized professional with 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment).
  • Skilled in Excel — Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling.
  • Proficient in Power BI — connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.
  • Experienced in PowerPoint — creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
  • Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365) — using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.
  • Strong in project and deliverable management — able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.
  • A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and values quality, accountability, and data accuracy.

It Would Be Awesome If You Had:

  • Experience supporting financial governance programs or executive reporting functions at a global financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Planner, or Loop to streamline reporting and follow-up workflows.
  • A background in organizational strategy, financial tracking, or data-driven decision support.
  • Experience improving meeting effectiveness through structured agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up discipline.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights and clear decision points.
  • Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries.
  • Coordinate executive governance meetings — scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across multiple programs and regions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures and enhance visibility.
  • Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency, clarity, and automation.

Who we are:

  • Fivesky is a fast-growing, global technology solution provider. We partner with the world's largest financial service firms to deliver networking/infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions for complex, global projects.
  • At Fivesky, our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to build a strong team culture centered on highly competitive compensation, professional development, career advancement, and fun.
  • This is a full-time position in Montreal, Canada. Fivesky is an equal-opportunity employer. Fivesky prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and affords equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
