We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Analyst intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.

  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control tower team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

  • Embody the 3 pillars of the "Control tower."

  • Stay updated with the stations' environment and the various challenges they might face

  • Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations and logistics engineering or industrial engineering, in progress.

  • Have a natural interest and instinct for analyzing and understanding data.
