What does an Events Planner do?

An Events Planner, also known as an Event Coordinator or Event Manager, is responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of events such as conferences, weddings, corporate gatherings, and parties. Their duties include selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Events Planners work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and often handle everything from invitations to on-site supervision. Their goal is to deliver successful events that meet or exceed client expectations.
