We're seeking a Corporate Event Planner (Workplace Experience Lead) to serve as the heartbeat of our office environmentdelivering world-class hospitality, coordinating high-impact meetings and events, and providing administrative support that keeps operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Experiences

  • Welcome and support employees, executives, clients, and visitors with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and service excellence

Lead Meetings & Events

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events from planning through execution
  • Manage room scheduling, AV coordination, catering, vendor relationships, and onsite event support
  • Ensure every event runs flawlessly and exceeds expectations

Support Workplace Operations

  • Oversee mailroom operations, package distribution, and shipment tracking
  • Manage office supplies, beverage programs, and ordering systems
  • Provide administrative support for workplace initiatives and special projects
