The Role

Onsite working requirement: Candidates should be able to attend our Montreal office everyday for the first three nonths of their probation period and then be hybrid with 3 to 4 days of office presence.

We are seeking a tech-forward, execution-focused AI-Powered Marketing Specialist to join our lean marketing team.

This is a highly hands-on role designed for a marketer who actively uses Generative AI to accelerate campaign deployment, optimize digital workflows, and manage our web presence. You will use AI automation and modern marketing tools to build assets, manage lead data, optimize conversions, and scale our brand presence across global markets without relying on external agencies or heavy operational layers.

Events Management & Coordination
  • PR & Events Alignment: Collaborate with the PR and Events management teams to streamline communication and ensure seamless execution of event strategies.
  • End-to-End Event Planning: Coordinate, plan, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows to drive brand presence and lead generation.

  • AI Tool Fluency: Deep hands-on experience and familiarity with generative AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for rapid content creation, ideation, and digital asset production.
