POSITION OVERVIEW


You contribute to the delivery and execution of event, marketing, and partnership initiatives, both regional and national, to support business objectives and brand visibility. Working closely with field teams, business units and national teams, you advise on marketing tactics, orchestrate campaigns and ensure consistent, efficient and standards-aligned execution, contributing to BDC's overall performance and growth.


CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Deploy and activate regional and national marketing initiatives according to an integrated and 360 marketing approach, in alignment with business strategies and objectives.
  • Act as a marketing point of contact for business centers by deploying high-impact communication tactics and tools to support their business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams within the organization to ensure the execution of events and sponsorships by promoting alignment between the objectives, messages and measurable outcomes of the event.
  • Ensure efficient and consistent execution in the field, aligned with brand standards, key messages and national campaigns.
  • Identify market opportunities, regional trends, and customer needs.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and impact of marketing initiatives implemented across all markets.
  • Monitor the impact of initiatives, interpret data and make recommendations for optimization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications (financial services: an asset)
  • Proficiency in social media, content marketing, and B2B campaigns
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and results
  • Strong project management skills and autonomy
  • Ability to analyze results and monitor performance
  • Creativity and innovation capacity contributing to the influence of the brand image
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Very good command of the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
  • In-depth knowledge of event management tools (an asset)
  • Bilingualism required, both oral and written (French and English)
