Description Provide strategic executive support to multiple senior HR leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities. Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating business needs and helping drive HR initiatives forward. Draft, coordinate, and distribute executive communications on behalf of senior HR stakeholders. Support employee engagement programs, including town halls, recognition events, surveys, communications campaigns, and other cultural initiatives. Develop executive-level presentations and materials for leadership meetings, HR updates, and company-wide communications. Translate data and business insights into clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. Manage HR-related financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and reporting. Maintain HR operational data and produce reports, dashboards, and executive summaries using advanced Excel functions. Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and large-scale internal events. Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects, meetings, and key deliverables remain on track. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations. Experience managing budgets, invoices, purchase orders, or other financial administration processes. Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong executive presence with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization. Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions independently. Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience with enterprise HR or ERP systems is advantageous.
