Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Restaurant or Hospitality Technology background to lead POS implementations, hardware deployments, and customer-facing technology rollouts across multiple restaurant locations.
This role requires hands-on experience managing restaurant technology projects including POS systems, payment devices, and multi-site deployments.
This is not an infrastructure or data center PM role. Candidates must have restaurant, hospitality, or similar customer-facing technology experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end POS and restaurant technology implementations
Manage multi-location hardware rollouts and deployments
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations, Vendors)
Lead customer-facing meetings for requirements gathering and status updates
Manage Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Track KPIs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Drive structured project governance and delivery methodologies
Required Qualifications7+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail technology environments
Hands-on experience with POS implementations and rollouts
Experience managing hardware deployment across multiple locations
Experience with payment terminals and in-store technology systems
Agile and SDLC experience
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Tools & Systems ExperienceJira, Confluence, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Power BI, MS Project
