- Lead and manage technology implementation projects, specifically Content Management System (CMS) and POS/Menu Board deployments.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across internal technology teams, vendors, operations, and franchisees.
- Track and manage risks, issues, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in from franchise owners and other key participants.
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and rollout of new digital board technologies.
- Potentially assist with additional technology initiatives, including Oracle Symphony POS deployments.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and build strong relationships to influence stakeholders.
