Job Description
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented candidate, excited to help us organize, coordinate, and manage vendor relations for various projects associated with technology initiatives across the PLK system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, design, Point of Sale vendors, construction, and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipment.
• Oversee development, execution, and delivery of technology equipment to new and existing restaurants.
• Work closely with our technology partners to ensure flawless execution and deployment from restaurant breaking ground to live opening.
• Execute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escalate critical issues that may impact project completion.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor''s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project management and project execution.
• Proficient in Project Management tools, including Smartsheet, Monday, Jira.
• Efficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience managing POS content and high-level understanding of restaurant systems and technology.
o Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized.
• Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice industry and current challenges.
• Have high-level understanding of Restaurant Technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of House
• Ability to manage requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-orientated and hands-on.
• Work well with others.
• Be willing to pivot and take on projects as needed by the business.
• Proven project management experience of large projects a plus.
