Job description

Biotech Production Coordinator

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Biotech Production Coordinator I-III to join our Manufacturing team.

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by coordinating inventory, documentation, production scheduling, sampling activities, and compliance-related processes while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & Where:

  • Location: Rensselaer, New York
  • Shift Requirements: Tues-Fri, 6:00am-4:30pm
  • Other Requirements: Ability to support manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of manufacturing documentation.
  • Prepare routine and non-routine reports and track key performance indicators to support operational goals.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and related activities.
  • Perform and interpret Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Practice (GxP) data analysis.
  • Create and review sampling intake documentation for manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate material requirements to help ensure production continuity.
  • Create and maintain bills of materials to support manufacturing needs.
  • Evaluate, initiate, and monitor deviations and other compliance-related events.
  • Coordinate, review, and catalog manufacturing documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between Manufacturing and other functional areas to support efficient operations.

  • Work in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Utilize multiple systems, data sources, calculations, and documentation to support daily operations.
  • Balance office-based coordination activities with supporting manufacturing operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production and compliance objectives are achieved.
