Role Overview

At CLUBWAKA, we’re all about bringing people together through fun, social sports leagues and unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help grow and elevate our Connecticut community.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on position that blends marketing, operations, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with local leadership and staff to build brand awareness, execute targeted marketing campaigns, support league operations, and create an exceptional experience for our players both online and on the field.

What You’ll DoMarketing & Community Growth
  • Create and post engaging content across social media during leagues and events
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a regional social media calendar
  • Drive brand awareness and recruit new players through creative marketing initiatives
  • Promote leagues, events, and partnerships within the local community
Operations & Event Support
  • Attend 2–3 league nights or events per week
  • Provide on-site support and coverage as needed
  • Partner with local staff to coordinate and execute events
  • Assist with non-CLUBWAKA events to expand reach and community presence
Communication & Coordination
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across email, social platforms, and league websites
  • Work cross-functionally with staff and leadership to align on priorities and execution
Process Improvement
  • Learn and support existing operational processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the player experience
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions
