Meradia - Marketing Associate
Meradia, an F2 Strategy Company, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, digital marketing, brand management, and content distribution.
This role will play an important part in helping execute conferences, webinars, website updates, social media, email campaigns, and marketing operations as F2 continues to grow and integrate multiple businesses under one brand. The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple projects, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to build a broad foundation in B2B marketing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain experience across nearly every facet of marketing within a fast-growing consulting firm.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (internships considered)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience:
  • WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
  • Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, sponsorships, client events, webinars, and internal meetings
  • Manage event registrations, shipping, travel coordination, and event materials
  • Coordinate branded collateral, promotional merchandise, signage, and inventory
  • Work with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution

Website & Digital Marketing
  • Assist with landing pages, event pages, and thought leadership publishing
  • Support website optimization and ongoing brand integration initiatives
  • Help maintain brand consistency and user experience across digital properties

Content & Campaign Support
  • Schedule and publish social media content
  • Build and distribute email marketing campaigns
